Data products

The LEAF group develops and disseminates important datasets to the scientific community and broader public. Here are brief descriptions of some of those datasets and links to where you can find more information about and download these datasets. Our group distributes these data free of charge, but kindly ask that you cite their use in any publications making use of them.




30 year Idaho regional high-resolution reanalysis

Daily 72 hr experimental forecast (via OPeNDAP)


This is a 30-year spatiotemporally complete dataset derived using the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model. Surface environmental conditions are available at 3 km/1 hr resolution over the outer domain, and 1 km/1 hr resolution over the inner domain and are available to download. Due to dataset size (240 TB), please contact us for access to full volume atmospheric data.
